Enlighten to Truth
How to Enlighten
What is Enlightenment?
People often meditate in various ways to attain enlightenment, know the ways of the world, and also to become saints and enlightened beings. Until now, there have been numerous different kinds of meditation: ones where you sit still, think about a certain topic and only focus on that, or intentionally put the body through discomfort, etc. However, no one has truly enlightened. If a meditation method truly works, anyone who meditates according to the method should become enlightened.
There is no enlightenment for a person who lives in the human mind world, which is made by taking pictures and copying the things of the world. This is because there is no Truth in one’s mind. Enlightenment comes when the true Mind is revealed to the degree that the false mind has been eliminated. When there is no falseness, only Truth remains and you will confess, “Ah, this is it!” When you do the meditation of eliminating the false self, you will enlighten and become Truth. Thus, this is the true meditation method.
Method to get to enlightenment
Humans are incomplete because they live inside their self-made mind world which overlaps the world. That is why they cannot enlighten the Truth.
The human mind is made of the karma (life lived), habits (inherited from ancestors), and the body. So if you throw away this karma, habits and body practicing the meditation method you can find the Truth within you.
We have a systematic method to discard this karma, habits, and body. When you follow the method and discard all of your anxiety, you will get awakened.
After discarding the illusionary mind, you will enlighten as much as you change from the self-centered mind to the great universe Mind that is Truth.
Complete enlightenment is having God within one’s mind. One who is born in Heaven is a completely enlightened person.
One who has achieved human completion is a person who has enlightened all. When the human mind changes to the Universe Mind, which is God, you will have many, many enlightenments.
