What is overthinking?
Overthinking is when you dwell or worry about the same thought repeatedly. People who overthink can be paralyzed by their worries and may struggle to make decisions or take action. Overthinking can be caused by — and can contribute to — depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. It’s normal to get too “in your head” sometimes. But chronic overthinking can start to interrupt your sleep, work, relationships, health, or other aspects of your everyday life. Think you may be an overthinker?
You may have seen the reports from brain scan research sponsored by the National Science Foundation: They discovered that the average person has over 60,000 thoughts a day, of which 80% were negative, and a staggering 95% of those thoughts were repetitive from the day before.
Method to stop overthinking
Overthinking has been built up for our whole life lived which is 'karma' with the body and inherited minds (habits) and exists in your mind. So if you throw away this karma and habits with our meditation method you can find the most peaceful Mind which is the Truth within you. We have a systematic method to discard the karma and habits. When you follow the method and discard all of your useless delusional thoughts, you will not overthink anymore. You can think clearly and decide the best way.
