I felt my mind was cluttered and disorganized, so I decided to meditate. I asked a friend:

"Will you meditate with me?"

My friend laughed and said, "I'd rather use my time to study to get a certificate and get promoted"

However, I continued to diligently go to the meditation center, fighting the temptation to go straight home to rest after work.

After a few weeks of meditating on my cluttered and disorganized mind, full of obsessive and delusional thoughts, through this meditation method, my focus and concentration improved noticeably. I was able to finish tasks that used to take me 4-5 hours, in less than one hour, and because of this, I was able to study more, and my colleagues began to recognize me as a capable person.

I was satisfied with the result of the meditation

I found myself struggling to establish relationships with people. I decided to meditate on this and asked my friend again.

"Will you meditate with me?"

My friend shaked his head negatively and said, "I'd rather spend my time to be with my friends than to meditate"

I continued to meditate and as I reflected on my relationships with the meditation method, I realized how self-centered I was and felt so sorry and grateful to all the people around me. With this realization, I didn't need to improve my relationship abilities with people. I was truly grateful from the bottom of my heart to everyone around me, and such a mindset brought me much joy in building relationships with others.

I was satisfied with the result of the meditation

I felt that I was living my life without knowing its true meaning. I decided to meditate on this and asked my friend one last time,

"Will you meditate with me?"

To my surprise, he accepted my suggestion.

He said; "My mind is cluttered and scattered everywhere and I can never disconnect. My thoughts keep boiling in my mind even when I try to sleep at night. And the more time I spend with people, the more conflict I create with them. I feel like my life is becoming a total mess, I really need help"


We meditated and recalled our lived life, reflected and released through the meditation method. It was time to turn our attention completely inward instead of looking at what is outside of us. When we look outward, we see what we don't have, but when we look inward, we see what we already have - that everything exists within us.

It may seem that we lack so many things in life, but in fact, a life of fulfillment and Truth has always been inside us, all the time. This realization answered my question about the true meaning of life and how to truly live.

I am more than grateful for the results that meditation has brought me. And for that reason, I can't help but keep asking people:

"Will you meditate with me?"
